One of the worst stays in my life. The hotel is very old. The room was extremally hot, so it forced us to use the air conditioner the whole night. Unfortunately it was also very old, rough and placed exactly in front of the bed. After this experience i had a problem with my throat for the next week. The breakfast was tasteless. I expected much more looking at the pictures in the internet.

Well located hôtel. The owner was very nice and show us on a map all the places de had to visit. Very big swimmingpool and rooms are not expensives and clean. You can park the car at the Hotel for free. Wifi is also free. Air conditionning in the room. The place is well located to visit the south of puglia. There is a beach called maladives that you must see...the sea has the same colour than in Maldives Island. Attention...this is not a luxury hotel but a very nice one. We stayed there for a week in September 2023. Hotel well located, about 8 minutes walk from the sea. Large free parking at the hotel. Very green outdoor spaces, pretty little park, very pleasant swimming pool. The rooms are as in the photos, so rather simple but clean. The staff is very kind. The breakfasts are the same every day. There are the essentials (croissants, bread, jam, butter, raw ham, white ham, cheese….an excellent fruit salad). Correct but nothing more. To summarize, this hotel is simple, quiet, pleasant and well located.

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and immediately knew we had made the right choice! The structure is immersed in peace and tranquility, with a swimming pool overlooking the sea that will make your head spin. Top service, starting from the phone calls for the reservation, the girls at the reception were very kind and professional. Once we arrived at the facility we never missed a smile, a joke and above all the helpfulness of all the staff, from the girl who works at the pool bar, to the receptionists, from the caretaker to the waitress and the chef, all very friendly. The breakfast that they put aside for us because we woke up late, we won't easily forget!! We truly thank you for everything. Super recommended, see you soon Hotel Picchio from Miriana and Lorenzo.

We stayed for 3 days in this magnificent property. An experience that we will repeat 100%. Cozy and super equipped hotel. Swimming pool with super efficient bar area, but the thing that struck me most (positively) was the welcome and availability of all the staff, with whom a real friendship was created. Ps. Sergio, the best keeper of Salento. 🔝🔝🔝🔝 I highly recommend the PICCHIO HOTEL 🔝🔝🔝🔝🔝🔝🔝
